About The Quay Players

The Quay Players was established as an amateur musical theatre group in 1997. We are affiliated to the National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA). We rehearse at St. Anne’s church hall, Thorburn Square, London SE1 every Tuesday, 7.30pm-9.30pm, and generally perform two shows a year: a pantomime at Christmas and a musical in July, plus regular cabarets and open music nights.

This year, our summer show - Made in Dagenham - and our Winter Pantomime are again being performed at the Greenwood Theatre at London Bridge.

Our next Annual General Meeting will be held at St Anne's Hall, Thorburn Square SE1 on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at 7pm. The Quay Players Society is completely run by voluntary group members and this is your chance to elect the committee, independent financial examiner and to review the annual accounts and events of the previous year. If you are interested in putting yourself forward, please speak to a member of the current committee about what is involved. Nominations will close on 11th August for the committee.
